We have an 1 bedroom first floor flat, part of an block, which consists of a lovely size living room and bedroom, bathroom and toilet is joined and of course a kitchen.
We have own garden, but shared pathway, there is on road parking facilities, and walking distance to a swing park and green.
walking distance to Tessco metro, doctors surgery plus chemist, the railway station is 20min walk. we do live in a village but it has essential shops.
The reason we want to exchange i am expecting a baby and we need a two bedroom, to accommodate the baby.
we live in west sussex and would like to move to Chichester, Bognor Regis, and Littlehampton.
we do not mind a maisonette, flat or house
