spacious 3 bedroomed house in little rural village.
hi there we have a beautiful 3 bed home, 2 beds are large doubles and one is a good sized single. the bathroom upstairs is large and has power shower over bath.the stairs are quite wide due to it having some adaptions. we have a lovely sized lounge not too big but not small.the kitchen is a lovely size and can be used as kitchen diner, as we do. the downstairs toilet room is a good size, all bathrooms and kitchen has extractor fans, the house is A grade so is cheap on bills, all electric no gas. we have only got a small backgarden hence the reason for needing to move but, it is big enough for someone with older children. there is a nice sized shed in the garden, there is a communal carpark, to which we have 2 spaces, ours are right behind our back gate so it is easy to load and unload. the house is only 1 year old and is sound proof. the neighbours are friendly but give you the space you want rather than neighbours at your door every 2 seconds. lol all in all a wonderful place. i want to stay here but the garden is two small for my family of 5 and 2 dogs. thanks for taking the time to read.
