This 1 bedroom flat is situated in quiet area of Hitchin. Quite near to regular bus route. The flat has it's own small garden area which is a small grassed area with a border around it situated in the front area outside of the flat. Flat is recently decorated & also had brand new carpet fitted in hallway in April this year(2011). Good sized rooms & also very good storage here. The bathroom has both electric shower & bath included. New kitchen & bathroom both fitted in 2007,they are of very high quality & still look as good as new. The electrical plug sockets in this flat are about 85cms up on the walls & the light switches are slightly lower then usual, both of which could be of benefit for disabled or elderly. You are able to park directly outside this flat but it isn't parking on a main road as the flat is situated in a cul-de-sac area. NHH also have garages to rent here.
