I have a 2 bedroomed Bungalow in a secluded cul de sac. It is one of five, all with single women occupied. I'm opposite small car park used for tenants and visitors, very safe as off road and out of sight. Very Quiet out front, all trees and plants with area for drying washing. I've had a brand new bathroom put in, bath and shower. I'm disabled so have help bars in bathroom. There is a large cupboard with gas boiler again fairly new, gas central heating, all radiators, had double glazing put in last year. have emergency pull cords in all rooms with a warden on call if needed. Council cut grass, have very small area out back that is full legnth of 4 bungalows, it belongs to council but we can do what we want, except put up sheds etc. Backs onto main road with a thick 4 foot brick wall to protect us. Traffic noise not noticable. frontroom and kitchen fairly large without seperation, all tiled flooring except main bedroom that has a concrete floor. The ladies here are very nice indeed, we are like a family. Have large attic fully insulated. Front room twin doors open out to back area. Large established roses and bush which also gives privacy. Wall is covered with huge Ivy that is beautiful. Have shops just five minutes walk away (papershop with foods and post office and a chemist), I'm situated in a "village" that has been here since the early 80's. It is also close to main Roads to London,40 minutes, Southend on sea 20 minutes. I have a dog so that's not a problem. There is a wood and pond also a Nature reserve, there is a Doctor's surgery just past the shops.Residents community centre where a lot goes on for entertainment and meetings, also washing machine facilties.
