I Have a large 2 bedroomed flat, fantastic sea views with balcony south facing, truly one of the best views over the sea/palace pier and town centre. The flat is newly decorated through out with seperate bathroom/toilet. Bathroom is fully tiled with electric shower over bath. Lounge diner 17ft by 15ft and two double bedrooms. Large storage cupboard up hallway. Balcony can fit bistro type table and chairs. The flat is situated in the vibrant city of Brighton, very close to kemptown. Very peaceful flat dispite the location. I am looking for a 2 bedroomed flat/house/bungalow with garden, must be council only with RTB. Outskirts of Brighton will be considered as I drive, also will consider outside space if no garden and do not mind a project. I am quite happy to redecorate for the right property.
