I am looking for a 2/3 bed house in Castle Bromwich or Parkfields, may consider smiths wood, i want to move because i need a garden for my daughter and i would like to be closer to my family. My property is 1 year old next month (July 11). 1st floor flat, it is eco friendly, current temp without heating is 23c and winter averages around 18c. Its has solar powered water, water can also be warmed via the bolier. C/H and D/G through out. This cuts down on utility bills dramatically. The flat really is lovely. Flat is low rise and the block consists of 6 flats. It has a large main bedroom, and a good size second bedroom. Open plan Kitchen/ living room, bathroom, large hallway and storage cupboard. Bathroom has bath with Shower. Hallway, master bedroom and living room have wooden floors, with insulating and sound proofing underlay. Second bedroom is carpeted and has cloud nine underlay. Both bedrooms and coving and small bedroom has a ceiling rose. Flooring cost £700 and i am willing to levae it all. The kitchen has a cream waterproof hard floor down and the bathroom has the same flooring but in blue. 1 Allocated parking space at car park at rear of property. Car can been seen from bedroom window. There are 2 visitors nparking spaces also. As i said everything is new, if it had a garden and was a little closer to my parents i would keep it.
