This is a very nice little studio flat in a classic Glasgow Tenement Building with a great view overlooking Elder Park in Linthouse Urban Village. As well as living room with large bed recess the property has a separate hall, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
12-15 mins walk through the park to Govan Underground Station then a further 10-15 max to the city centre, even less to the West End. 2 min drive to the Clyde Tunnel which links the South Side of Glasgow to the West and all main roads/motorways north and south.
LUV (Linthouse Urban Village) Cafe and Gallery 2 mins walk away at the end of Drive Road.
There is a 24 Hr ASDA 15 minutes walk away and a LIDL's 5 minutes walk away.
Plenty of newsagents, butcher's, hardware stores etc all very near by. More shops, banks etc close to the underground station.
Both the BBC and STV have relocated nearby, as a result the area is attracting lots of new building and investment.
