I have a spacious ground floor flat with large garden to the front. It has a large drive to the front (enough room for two large cars.) As you enter through the front entrance you have a corridor with the 1st bedroom to your left. The 1st bedroom is the largr of the two and can easily fit a kingsize bed and two warobes. Carrying on forwards, to the left is the second bedroom which is also a decent size. Next to the second bedroom is a small family bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink. you then come to the living room which is a fair size with a parkay fire (which heats all the radiators in the property.) The kitchen is again a fair size with a newly fitted kitchen. All the electrics have recently been serviced and changed. to the rear of the property is a large garden with a stone shed attatched to the property.
