I have a 2 bedroomed Housing Association house in Kirkby Stephen, which has a good range of shops and cafe's. Primary school is literally across the road, Secondary school is approx 5 mins walk away. As is the Doctor's surgery, there is also a dentist. Kirkby Stephen is situated on the River Eden, with spectacular walks and scenery.
My house comprises of 1 double bedroom with velux window, 1 single bedroom again with velux window, nice sized bathroom.
Downstairs comprises of open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. separated by an archway. Under stairs storage in the lounge, concealed by door.
Double glazed, heating by the way of newly replaced storage heaters. The kitchen is due to be replaced on the 21st of June 2010.
There is off-road parking, by the way of a communal area at the front of the property, this is for residents only.
I am looking for a2-3 bed house (Not Flat) with garden in Market Deeping or within a 20 mile radius, I need to be close to amenities also good bus route as I do not drive and have a 3yr old son.
