2 Bed Carshalton house looking for 3 bed house/bugalow in Cheam area.
I have a 2 double bedroomed terraced house in Carshalton, Surrey with a covered decked area, half decked, half paved back garden with big double shed and off street parking to front.
It is very close to local shops (the circle) a health centre, local library, two pharmacys, various schools all within walking distance, bus stops (one bus ride away from Sutton town centre)
Shaftesbury Road is a quiet back road, with the majority of the properties privately owned, there are a mixture of age ranges in the road, ranginging from very young to very old!
I have had a stud wall put up to divide the front bedroom to two rooms, although small in sizes, they are fine for small children, but as I have two teenage boys and a 5 year old, I now need to find a larger property.
Downstairs comprises of largish wooden floored lounge, fitted kitchen, airing cupboard, utility cupboard with plumbing for washing machine and tumble dryer and large downstairs fitted bathroom with over bath power shower.
Upstairs is all carpeted and comprises of small landing with loft hatch, small box room, medium sized 2nd bedroom and large double master with a small walk in wardrobe.
At the moment the decorative order is...Needs decorating butI plan on decorating in the very near future, mutual colours throughout.
The back garden is very low maintenence, half decked, half paved with a small plant bed.
The front of the house has off street parking for one car with drop curb,but there is also parking bays rite outside.
