This house is in Stansted essex, right by the airport so great for jobs etc, walking distance from train station so you could be in london within 40 mins, bus stop is only a street away. VERY short distance to village, you will find hairdressers take aways, chemists Dr's garages pubs (quite a few to choose from) There are 2 primary schools and one high school, all within a ten minute walk in each direction. also it has great walks around the village with nature reserves all within very easy reach. The house is a semi detached house on a quiet road, the road mainly has older residents, so it is a lovely quiet friendly road to live in. the house has 3 beds up stairs and a family bathroom with a large landing area down stairs has 2 large rooms, one living one diner, (currently used as a bedroom), a toilet and a kitchen. Outside, we have a brick built large shed and 3 other sheds. you have a large patio area to the rear, its sectioned from the larger side garden, but can easily be opened up to again join larger side garden. extremely large garden to the side of the house with 6 foot panel fencing on one side and a 8 foot hedge surrounding the other side. front garden consists of laid lawn and small fern tree's around borders. again with 6 ft panel fencing on one side so the side garden is completely secluded from road and pathway. house is double glazed and centrally heated. the property also has a private driveway at the rear that you could easily park a further 2 vehicles. in return we would like a 4/5 (prefer 5) bed house, within 10 miles of stansted or in Norfolk.
