hi there,,a lovely 2 bedroom, ground floor, four in a block.. own well established garden to the front,,suntrap,,wash green is shared with neighbour upstairs,, they usually keep grass cut down, though I do it now and again..buses every 10 mins to town (5 mins ) or 15 - 20 mins on foot. Nice neighbours and bought houses,, really nice here..
Why would I want to move?.
Genuine reason for move..I have a 14 year old, she is growing and taking more space with every year..would love a house with a loft.. Someone not needing as much room now, maybe downsizing, this would be ideal.. Only snag is I have to be in travelling distance of Galashiels.. So come on,,
