Hi,we have a cosy 2 bed house,good sized lounge with small dining area and door leading out to back garden,bathroom and kitchen have just been re decorated this year full tiling in bathroom and kitchen has some new units but all cupboard doors have been replaced and new flooring,also a new boiler was fitted back in January,upstairs has 2 good sized bedrooms both doubles,we have benefits of off road parking for 2 cars,good sized garden backing onto woodland,double weather boarded shed,childrens small play area,patio with roofed pergola which is attached to the back of the house.# we are looking for a 3 bedroom property,with dining area semi detached with good sized garden and off road parking would be a bonus,also walking distance to schools and shops.
