I have a two double bedroom flat in Hunts Cross Village Liverpool,the flat is in a small mainly private estate(Bellway Homes)and there is only six flats in my block, the neighbours are all lovely and very quiet. The flat is only two years ols and benefits from secure private offstreet parking and pretty communal gardens.As well as two large bedrooms I also have a large open plan living are and a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, the bathroom is also large and has a power shower fitted over the bath. The floors are laminated and I have wooden blinds at the windows all of which I am prepared to leave along with the carpets and curtains in the bedrooms. I am sad to leave the flat but am expecting a baby and want to move back to London or surrounding areas to be near family. I would consider a 1 bedroom flat.
