i have a large 3 bed victorian end of terrice house with a large enclosed garden at rear and a driveway to fit 2 cars... primary school on door step 5 min from train station and main town center.. my house has 2 double and 1 single room.. has both bathroom and separate toilet down stairs and 1 double bedroom down stair at back of house has lots of origanal features, Origanal wooden floor in hall and down stairs bedroom. sash windows high ceilings etc good size lounge and kitchen, all rooms have been recently decorated and I'm currently in the process of having a survey done on the kitchen, so there is the opportunity for a serious swapper to choose design of kitchen . My basement has been converted into a 1 bed flat so there is someone underneath me and they do have acess to garden but they have never used it and have seperate entrances. I have never had any problems with tenants. it is an up and coming area alot of money being put into it for 2012 lookin to move kent sussex area wantin a 3/4 bed
