want house in sunderland....have 2 bed house in warwickshire!
hi all......2 bedroom house,downstairs loo as well as full upstairs bathroom,kitchen big enough to have a table in comfortably small outhouse cubby,cupboard under stairs(larder style).close to schools,4 parks within 10 min walking distance,on main bus route to small town and large town of coventry only 6 miles away(also on main bus route).2 large tesco within 10 mins,asda a 15 min drive away......nice neighbours in a very close knit old fashioned feeling place(by old fashioned i mean that people say hello to each other,even those that you dont know). No problems with unruly children or adults,no anti social behaviour.There is no off road parking but i drive and have never had a problem getting my car outside my house.
Any questions then please ask.....i always answer within a day.....PLEASE NOTE...I ONLY WANT TO LIVE IN A HOUSE...NO MAISONETTES OR FLATS OR BUNGALOWS....THANKS
