I have a new build situated in hedge end, the property it yet to be 2 years old, its a way from all main roads but between 5-15 min walk to schools shops and railway stations depending on where you like to go. My property is a 2 bedroom flat on the first floor. It has a wide hall, has an airing cupboard, a storage cupboard, master bed room with a built in wardrobe, second double bedroom,Large bathroom toilet with bath and shower and a large lounge open plan onto a good sized kitchen. Both master bedroom and lounge has patio doors. Great flat, great location but over occupying with my family so in desperate need of a larger property. It also has a private parking space and great neighbours. MUST BE WITHIN EASTLEIGH OR SURROUNDING AREAS!!!!
