Exchange wanted from 3 bed house, just off South Eldon Street South Shields. I am situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbours. Small front garden and driveway and large back garden. Front room has french doors leading out into back garden and has a modern gas fire, laminated flooring and skirting boards and modern decor as does hallway. Large fitted kitchen, completed early 2011 with lino flooring and modern decor, stairs and landing carpeted, and same decor as front room. 2 double bedrooms again carpeted and modern decor as is smaller 3rd bedroom. Bathroom and seperate toilet are only rooms yet to be fully decorated but only need painting or wallpapering.
I will be happy to leave all flooring and blinds and may be willing to pay removal costs.
I am looking to exchange to a min 3 bedroomed house in Marsden or surrounding areas, reason for exchange is to be closer to kids school and family.
