This is a first floor flat situated in central derby about 10mins walk from westfield(town centre) it has a school near by and is close to a corner shop and a sainsburys both walking distance, My flat has 2 double bedrooms and a box room which fits a single bed but doesnt have a mains oulet, it has an extreamly large living room which im able to fit 4/6 seater dining table in aswell as my other furniture. the kitchen is also a very good size and is part furnished with white goods (fridge cooker and washer) the toilet and bathroom are separate any questions please ask :-)
