my house is newly build property it maintained to a very high standerd it has drive way and a lovely park in front of house for children to play which is kepy clean tidy it is close to cheetham hill and bury new rd that is close to all primary and secondary schools and lower broughton i have beautifull kitchen dinner that fits 6 chair dinning table and floors are all tiled i have storage space downstairs and upstairs and access to loft and very nice shower bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs all downstairs is laminated floor and stairs and upstairs fully carpeted, i have shed in the garden and all garden that has planets and shrubs growing and is paved.
and very nice to sit in the summer it is verv quite here and centre location for all city centre 10 mins away arndale shopping centre away and manchester fort retail park walking distance is 5 mins away we have an asda close by and all amenities are all walking distance,i need to move in london all areas will considerd london city or hertfordshire centre i am willing to do 3 way swaps but no time wasting people no high rised flats no estates plz.pictures can be available on request. thank you
