A fairly large living room a good size dining room
A second toilet on ground level.
A large well kept partly decked garden.
Road side parking.
The property is in a Cul de sac.
I wish to downsize so i am looking for a 2 bedroom house with private garden & wish to stay in the area but will consider a bit further away.
Within walking distance to Highbury, Caledonian,
Angel tube/train stations, 10 minutes away from King cross.
