Looking for a 3 bedroom house around the area of Cornwall or around Devon (Not Plymouth)
I live in a small village called Seghill. I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet cul de sac. I have a separate dining room, fair sized kitchen and fair sized frontroom. I have 2 good sized bedrooms and a smaller boxroom as the third bedroom.Toilet and bathroom is together. Electric shower is over the bath. Large back garden with pond that does need tending to but my ill health has prevented me from doing anything to it. There is a large cement storage area attached to the house that can be turned into a tool area/ bikes etc.
We have a small convienence store about 2 mins from the house near a railway (only transporting items, not passenger trains) About half a mile is a chinese, indian, fish and chips, pharmacy, doctors surgery, Spar, and 1st school ( nursery to 8 yr olds). We are about 5 miles from the sandy beaches of Seaton Sluice. About 5 miles from Whitley Bay and about 6 miles from Blyth. There is another small shopping area in Cramlington that is about 5 miles as well.
If i could get a 3 bed bungalow, that would be easier for me as i am struggling to get upstairs now, but if not then i guess a house will have to do and hopefully there will be a dining room that i can convert into a bedroom.
We are only moving because my health is bad and i need to be close to my son in Plymouth (i dont want to move back to Plymouth). The area is wonderful and we have had 2 brilliant yrs here, but i need my family around me now.
I wouldnt mind moving to Devon like Paignton, Torquay, Torbay etc etc. Would prefer Looe, or surrounding area.
