my property is a 2 bed flat on the second floor the block consists of only three floors so it is not high rised flat!
the property is on a quiet dead end road with a private car park,the block of flats are fully carpeted and there is a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the block,car park and communal garden the flat is fully double glazed and central heating.
i would like to swap with someone that has a 3 bed property with a garden if possible within the borough of barnet!
