quiet 3 bed semi in cul-de-sac



We live on the outskirts of rugby in a 3 bedroom house which has double glazing, gas central heating, frontroom/dinning room combined with archway separating the two rooms, new kitchen fitted 3 years ago, lovely tiled floor in kitchen and laminated elsewhere downstairs, there is a utility room for washing machine and freezer also strorage room ajoined.
Bathroom has had a 6 jet spa bath fitted and also a shower.
Each bedroom is in a good clean condition and being a decorator by trade the house is in a very well maintained way.
Frontgarden is maintained by the local housing association and my back garden is landscaped with a 11"x7"x4" fishpond with fish and underwater lighting, lovely to sit out in the summer and relax on the decking. we have good neighbours and overall it is a nice place to live with good schools and surrounding areas., were looking for a fresh start somewhere nice due to relationship breakdown and hurts being here for us now, just need a new chapter now.
