I have a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 miles from the centre of weymouth,(over 50,s only).Its in a quiet area with the bus to the town stopping outside the gate. It has the doctors ,chemist,tesco express and a garden centre within 5 minutes level walk.a new central heating system was installed in march 2010. new kitchenand bathroom 2008 as wellas being redecorated in side and out. there is only 3 of us with our own back and front gardens,set in a larger garden area which is maintained by the local authority.
