Large 2 Double bedroom apartment, bathroom seperate from toilet, balcony leading from living room...nice sz kitchen, My home is situated 10 min walk to the beach and sea front, 6 min walk to town centre which has a lovely indoor market which sells local fresh produce, also a shopping mall with the usual designer stores, lots of other stores too, plenty of coffee bars, cafes and restraunts, 2 theatre's, 2 cinema's, a swimming centre, ice rink all within a 5-7min walk from my home... Bus stops for around the city and for traveling out of city are all in a 6min walk, railway staion 7min walk, the apartment is on the 2nd, it is intercom entry systme and the biulding has beautifull gardens that surround it with green ares with seats so children can play and the gardens have gate entry so children cant get to the roads which are very safe here, not to much traffic and very very quiet... The whole apartment is decorated extremley well with a balcony leading from the front room, bathroom is seperate from the toilet, plenty of storage in the apartment and therwe is an outside shed which is soley for my use... 4 doctor surgerys within 5-10min walk, 3 primary schools 1 is a 2min walk and the others 5min walk, also too plenty of schools for older children plus an excellent collage and university within a short walk... If a person wanted a night out then everything is within walking distance so no bus fares or taxi fares ever, i have very lovely neibours, quiet respectable, most of my neibours have bought their homes as this is a well sought after area, we have a continental market in the town centre that sell wonderfull produce...the aprtment has concrete floors and cielings which means i never hear my neibours and they dont here me, its a beautiful city, freindly city and plenty of people from around the world coming to live and work here... My children are all grown up now and have all moved to London over the past few yrs to work and live so i would like very much to move to London to be closer to them..
