Hi unfortunately we are having to move closer to family on mainland due to ill health This means we have to give up our Dream Semi dethatched Cottage in Wee bay Isle of Bute. We are 10 minute drive from the Main Town of Rothesay there is bus service every hour taking right into local amenities for more info on the island please visit http://www.isle-of-bute.com/ The Bungalow is recently modernised and decorated tastefully. It has large bathroom and Kitchen and very large Bedroom and reasonable sized Living room. The main heating is Electric as no Gas mains are available on this part of the Island. You have a a very nice garden to the Front of the Bungalow that goes right down to the beach yep your own beach and a parking space at the rear which is enough for 2 cars and a small patio area at the back door. The main views are of the Isle of Arran and the Irish sea were it meets the Clyde, The scenery is breath taking and you can see the ships sailing out to the Irish coast. We are looking to move near or in Skegness Ingoldmells or Chapple st Leanords PLEASE NOTE we do not wish to have any 3 way swaps or endless emails of swapping pictures we have been let down three times now because of folk not sure if they want to move! please only contact us if you are very serious about moving. This is a very rural part of the Island with Tourisim in mind there are 2 Hotels and Bars and a small shop and post office.The main town of Rothesay has a Hospital Schools Morrisons Co op and several places of Entertainment inclding Cinema's swimming pools Bingo Ballroom dancing ect there is something for everyone unfortunately it doesnt have my Family anymore so we need to move :(
