very nice 2 bed semi detached house in quiet and very friendly culde-sac in the beautiful village of millbrook. millbrook is a rural costal village with the neighbouring villages of kingsands and cawsands just a 5 min drive away and the beautiful beaches of whitsand bay another 5min on. although its rural and costal its just 10min drive from torpoint and the torpoint ferry so only 15min to plymouth. the village has plenty of pubs and all kinds of shops and a large lake which is just beautiful plenty of nice walks especially for dog owners. my house is a two bed semi both bedrooms are of good size and the main has built in wardrobes and lots of storage space through out the house we have a large driveway that will fit at least two cars and a large south facing level garden. the living room is fairly large and a large kitchen diner. both house and area well worth a look. for any information or details at all please contact. we are serious movers and need to move to plymouth we need a min of a 3 bedroom as i now have 3 children. and would like to move fairly soon if possible.
