I have a cosy 1 bed ground floor flat in woodingdean,brighton east sussex.All new carpet throughout,Secure door entry spacious communal gardens with washing lines.Double bedroom newly carpeted sand colour.The lounge is a good size with large windows.The kitchen is small but is due to be upgraded this year,it also has its own larder and airing cupboard and has new vinyl.The bathroom is a good size with new vinyl put in and is also due for an upgrade this year.There is a sink,toilet and bath with overhead shower.The hallway is also newly carpeted.There is a large storage cupboard outside the front door aswell.Woodingdean is a lovely area of brighton as its away from the hustle and bustle and there are the downs nearby for walks etc and views to the sea.There is a co-op,pharmacy,doctors,dentist,vets,takeaways,butchers,hairdressers etc etc and the buses run every 20 mins into lewes road,london road and town centre.
Need to move to be nearer to work as i dont drive,pets are allowed here too
