(I am the first owner living here for 4 years. There are a few local schools and private nursery's near by. A very nice park within 5 minutes. Local shops, and supermarkets within reasonable distant by car or bus. Near by shopping centre and market. There is also a leisure centre close by, Central train stations and bus links. This flat is in the centre of everything you need. It is a good location to live in, but im looking for a more quiter life.
