We have a 3 Bedroom House in a very quiet area, good neighbours, close to schools, shops and buses....we even have a tube staion (southfields) 10 mins away...we have a front and back garden, not the biggest in the world but able to manage. They are clear and ready for caring. We have 3 outside cubboards...2 are able to lock..we have a back patio doors, a large front room and kitchen, dont be put off...it needs work on the property, main being the decorating side..all the downstaires has laminated flooring....We have a up and downstairs loo with the upstairs one haveing a bath... the bedrooms are in need of decorating...one very large.....all the bedrooms have built in wardrobes but not the biggest...we have DG/CH and we have free car parking off a main road...Our rent is £144....but includes water rates plus we also have the lowest council tax in the country at £73 per month...We are not looking for timewasters....you know who you are....we are happy to share the costs of a removal van or hire van....the areas we want are below
This House needs some work...but with the right care and attention could be great...reason for our move is due to work....
