I have an average size garden which is easy to maintain. All rooms are decorated (but not the stairs) and carpeted. I have full double glazing, central heating, new back door (waiting for front one), bathroom suite is two years old, outside under-cover clothes hanging space in entry and three large storage cupboards within the house. My neighbours are elderly and quite. I am close to a few primary and secondary schools, all within walking distance. The bus stop into town is at the end of my road and there is a bus every five minutes.The shops are two minutes away, as is Aylestone Leisure Centre. My reasons for wanting to move are personal (and therefore do not want to go into detail here, but i would tell you if necessary). This area is great because everything is close by but the house is in a quite spot with good neighbours and quite garden space. I genuinely dont really want to move but private circumstances are forcing me to. I would like to move to somewhere within the Blaby District Council (Enderby, Narborough,Whetstone,Cosby, Blaby ect). I would only except a 2/3 bedroomed house, not on an estate. There is a good bus service into the city centre; 15 min\'s, and the excellent \'Foss Park\' shopping complex is just 5 min\'s drive. I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE for a two bed, house or bungalow in Lutterwerth or local areas. Any area around Rugby concidered, with reasonable sized gardens (not small), and a decent bus service to the town centre. Good local amenities needed; I\'m a non driver.
