I am looking to exchange to the alumwell/pleck area of walsall,west midlands inexchange for my 3 bedroom house located in the delves area of walsall, westmidlands. reaxon being to be nearer to close family members I have a 3 bedroom house which is decsent sized suiting to fit a family of up to 5 people or less, consisting of a 1 large bedroom at the front including an en-suite toilet, 1 medium sized room and a small room. The house is double glazed all the way through. The first floor is modernly decorated in a brown/cream shade with laminated flooring in the living room(including a large storing cupboard) and a modern rather large fireplace with a coal effect to match the decoration. Also the stairs are carpeted, the kitchen as recently been fitted aswell as a new bathroom. There is a large back garden which is grassed and has a fencing around it and a front garden which soon will be a driveway including iron gates as the housing association will be doing this soon. The house is located on the main road and is fairly close to schools, local supermarket,retail park, and a local doctors surgery. There is also a local bus route on the road which will lead straight to either walsall or westbromwich town centre. Also there is a closely located railway station I myself find this a very conveinate area.
