The flat is on first floor and it has a very specious balcony. it is located in very peaceful area in Brixton called ‘Angel Town’. the flats were built 6/7 years ago and are still in a very good condition. My flat was also redecorated 2 years ago. the flats are accessed using an intercom and therefore very secure. Also easy access to transport and shops.
