It is less then a five minute walk into Epsom town centre where you will find pubs, restaurants, sports facilities, cinema, shops and a couple of supermarkets close by too. There are primary, junior and secondary schools in walking distance as well as very good local transport. Epsom downs is about 15/20 minute walk away. Flat is in very good condition and just recently decorated. The reason i need to move is because i have two children, 7 yr old son)
