Both bedrooms are incredibly spacious, with the master bedroom containing a built in wardrobe. The bathroom is also a decent size with really good water pressure and has a radiator cover that we use as a shelf for our products. The hallway is a large size compared to the other flats and has been useful for clothes drying and sorting out buggies. Around the back, there is an allocated parking space for the flat and 2 visitor spots, and also plenty of parking outside of the building itself. Whilst there isn't an enclosed garden, there are plenty of grassy spaces circling the building and parks and green areas a couple minutes walk from the flat in both directions. For public transport, there is a bus stop directly outside the estate that runs to and from the city every 20 minutes and you have the convenience of a Co-Op on the neighbouring estate, just across the main road. Westclyst Primary is directly next door and is also a good walking distance from Pinhoe Primary. The train station is only 15 minute walk away, which takes you through a village like area. Within that space, there is a hairdresser, butchers, library, pharmacy, and a large park and a GP surgery right next to the station.

We are looking for a 3 bedroom house with a garden for our children to run around in. We would like to stay in the area we’re currently in (Pinhoe) or as close as possible due to our eldest’s nursery and our jobs.
