So I have a 1 bedroom second floor flat in Wellswood torquay.
It's a quiet part of town. There is off road parking, sadly there is no lift but the staircase is wide. My flat is all electric. It's has a large living room with a medium size kitchen. A small bathroom with shower over bath. The bedroom is plenty big enough for a king-size bed.
I have really friendly neighbours and it safe for small kids with a large outside communal area.
