(ADVERT ID 19255) (i have a large 3 bed in polegate it has a large hallway, all brand new fencing outside and back a little patio area in the front garden kitchen has a little out house next to it back garden has a massive shed which my husbands just built the garden had a little stream that runs along the back of it but its all fenced for safty. the bathroom has just had a new shower put in. it does need decorating as we have only been here since nov 2010 as we lived in hailsham and it was awful so)
