The stair is very quiet with all elderly neighbours, who like to keep the stair nice and quiet and clean. The flat has decent sized living room and bedrooms but the kitchen and bathroom are quite small so please dont be a timewaster if this is something that is very important to you. Fantastic area as close to brand new hospital, doctors 300 yards away, large ASDA and shops not much further. Excellent local bus services, regular trains (every 30 min's) to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling plus major motorways only 5 mins away.
