name : Kara Bannister email : karabannister@msn.com I\'m looking for 2/3bed house or ground floor flat. I have a 2 bed flat which is on 3rd floor walk up (top) in a very quite block in Millbrook. It\'s situated right on a large park which has great facilities for all ages of children. (large play park, basketball court & plenty of green space). We have 2 double bedrooms which are of good size, 1 of which has a built in wardrobe and airing cupboard. The lounge has a 2 & 3 seater sofa & a large 6 seater dining table in it easily with plenty more space. Off the lounge is a large balcony which is a lovely sun trap. The kitchen is of good size & has plans to be council updated in the next few years, off the kitchen is an outside enclosed drying room which has been decked we use it for the freezer/tumble dryer & storage so its a usefull space. The bathroom is a good size which is newly decorated & new carpet. All rooms have either flooring or carpet. The hallway has been recently decorated. Is a lovely area to live with local shops a stones throw away & great public transport links. 10 mins to city centre close to M27 & New Forest. There is a primary school just across the road & another 5 mins away. There is also 2 senior schools within 10 mins walk. All areas considered in and around southampton.
