(ADVERT ID 8610) (this is a old style council house wit 2 bedrooms, and nice size garden front and back it has a rear entrance from back car park, chulmleigh is a very quite place. it has a bathroom upstairs and a toilet down stairs. it is electric econmy 7 heating it has an open fire place witch i have not been able to afford a fire for at the moment, but is all ready to go. just want to move closer to things as dont have driving licence. )
