Flat is clean, neighbour are realy nice and helpful, you'll never hear the noise from neighbour flat( I dno't know it's because they are so quiet or just the house is very good build). We want to move just because of the children, last year was born our littleone and we need one more room, because the daughter is 13 years old. This flat is realy nice to live: the shop just 3 min way, primary school about 7 min way, Sainsburys about 2)
