The majority of the flats here are privately owned, I think my flat is one of the last council ones here as it used to belong to the janitor of the flats when they were first built! It has new boiler, gsh, new kitchen and is wonderfully sound proofed and in a lovely road (conservation area). It's like living in a bungalow but just up from the beach and the high street.
