We’re like to change over house for bungalow or if that’s not bungalow then at least one bedroom on lower level and the same one bathroom the same. Would like house in good condition. Must do some light maintenance, but not generally. Must be garden- not huge, but enough for something/ like little plants for flowers and veggies. Kitchen and bathroom may be in good condition.
We having house in good condition and quite nice garden. Have parking for one car.
For over new house also like parking for at least one car, better for two. Must be spacious sitting room.
