I have a lovely 1 bed ground floor flat in Ashford. It’s very spacious, the bedroom is particularly large. There is a patio door off the lounge with a small patio area, which can also be used as your own private entrance which I find quite useful. I have my own allocated parking space also. Storage cupboards in the bedroom and hallway. The bathroom is a good size, bath with a shower over.
This is a very quiet area and a small block, 8 flats here. My neighbours are all friendly and I don’t ever hear them. There is a big green opposite, and a convenience store about a 5 minute walk away. The closest bus stop is about 5 minutes too.
