Im the only person to have lived here so far. Close to bus stops shops and local park. Being on the third floor with someone above and below makes this a warm flat so heating costs are low. Buzzer entry system and car park with electric charging ports. External bin store and lockable closed in bike storage. I am looking for a two bedroom as I now have a daughter that will soon be needing her own room. Will consider most areas in midlothian and South East Edinburgh.
