Exchange wanted From Palmers Green To Whetstone
Large studio flat located in Palmers Green Enfield. Has a large communal garden shared with upstairs but he hasn’t used it for a while. A new bath not long been installed including a shower. A new kitchen has recently been installed including new flooring. My bedroom is also a good size. The bathroom needs another lick off paint. There are plenty of amenities such as Sainsbury’s in Winchmore Hill and a Morrisons just across the road from Palmers Green train station. There’s plenty of bus links on the main road. You can travel by W6 to Edmonton or Southgate. There’s a 329 bus that can take you to Enfield town or Wood Green. The nearest tube would be Southgate. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby by as well as lots of parks. I’m currently looking to swap with someone in Barnet, Whetstone, Finchley or Potters Bar who has a 1 bed flat.
