I have 3 bedroom older property in very quiet close in Eastbourne 5 minutes walk from downs.It has a downstairs bathroom and two reception rooms,but a very small kitchen.It will need decorating and a new stair carpet which we will not be doing now as wanting to leave.We have a very large garden which is divided into 4 spaces as it is big and very sunny.We have one immediate neighbour and 12 maisonettes behind us.There are schools within walking distance for all ages,and ten minute drive to town but there is a bus service and shops a five minute walk away.We have to make sure we get the right property as the only reason we want to move is to downsize,I wouldn't move anywhere else in Eastbourne unless it was a two bed bungalow but ideally we want Worthing.
